Dr. Scott D. Norris is a Board-certified,
fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon and has been practicing in Palm
Beach County since 2000.
Dr. Norris graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New
Jersey - the School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internship
and Orthopedic Residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital at Stratford, New
Jersey. He received his Fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Temple
University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Norris has also received training
to perform Hip Arthroscopy, which is not offered by many orthopedic
surgeons.
Dr. Norris practices general orthopedics with specialization in Sports Medicine.
He also has interest in general pediatric orthopedics.
Dr. Norris has had special training
to perform OTIS Med, a custom-fit knee replacement procedure.

Additionally, Dr. Norris
extends his Sports Medicine philosophy when treating work related injuries.
Dr. Norris was awarded the Palm Beach Physician of the Year Volunteer Healthcare
Provider Award for providing care to local indigent patients. Dr. Norris participates
in the Interns Lecture Program at Columbia Hospital. He also lectures the community
on various topics related to orthopedic disorders.
His fellowship training allows him to treat complex injuries of shoulder, knee, hip,
foot, and ankle. His special interests include: Total Knee and Hip Replacements,
Arthroscopic and Open Knee Ligament Reconstruction, Cartilage Injuries of the Knee (OATS),
Arthroscopic and Open Shoulder Reconstruction, Rotator Cuff Repair, Ankle Arthroscopy.
Dr. Norris is on staff at JFK Medical Center,
Columbia Hospital, and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
