Dr. Rommel Francisco is a Board-Certified and fellowship trained Orthopedic
Surgeon specializing in disorders of the Foot and Ankle. He received his training at the
Harvard Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Boston, MA. Dr. Francisco practices in Atlantis
Orthopaedics at two convenient locations in Atlantis and Palm Beach Gardens.
Dr. Francisco received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine
where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed his Internship and Orthopedic Surgery
residency at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine Educational Consortium within the
North Shore/LIJ Health System.
After completing his orthopedic residency, Dr. Francisco
received

an additional year of subspecialty training at the Harvard Foot and Ankle Fellowship
in Boston, MA.
In addition to practicing general orthopedics, Dr Francisco's fellowship training allows him to
treat
complex problems of the foot and ankle. His interests include sports related foot and ankle
injuries, forefoot deformities, ligament and tendon dysfunctions, flatfoot, ankle arthroscopy,
ankle replacement, fusion surgery, and trauma.
Dr. Francisco also treats disorders related to osteoarthritis, diabetes,
rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.
Dr. Francisco is on staff at JFK Medical Center, Columbia Hospital, and
Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
